Accounting rules usability improvements
We have released the following updates to improve the user experience of creating and managing your accounting rules in Leapfin.
Persistent search results for accounting rules
Search results now persist when you move through pages. You can also share the URL of your saved search with another Leapfin contributor.
Responsive action buttons
The action buttons located at the bottom of the page are now responsive and will remain visible as you scroll.
Duplicate journal entry operations
You can now duplicate journal entry operations within your rule.
More intuitive journal entry operation ordering
The operations within your rule will now run in order from top to bottom. You can drag and drop operations to order them according to your accounting policies.
Disable rules directly from the rules list page
You can now enable and disable rules directly from the rules list page under the ACTIONS column.
Add conditions for records not linked to the primary record
You can now specify if you want your rule to generate journal entries if the primary record is not linked to a specific record type.
